Urschel 2100 Comitrol

All S/S. Driven by a 40HP drive motor on the cutting head and a 20Hp Hyd. Power pack. S/N 394. Both motors are 208/230-480V 3ph. The power pack motor is stainless. The Comitrol was removed from production 6 months ago. Cutting head screen has 1/4" x 1/4" openings. Unit comes complete with safety covers.

Weiler 878 grinder

All Stainless except Ring, Worm and Barrel. This very nice unit features a retinned worm and two rings, one of which holds a 16" funnel which tapers from 8" to a 4" Tri-clover opening. There is a 2" threaded inlet on the side of the stainless hopper. Incl. w/ the grinder is a stainless weiler screw puller, MDL: FP 1000. Gearbox is Mdl: 17806HB. OD = 72" x 58" x 48" to top of hopper.

This all S/S-contact unit is a single pivot dumper which dumps at 78". It was manufactured by MTC and is complete with 3hp power pack. Frame work is heavy duty S/S painted frame. Vat receiving opening is 45" wide.

Universal Concepts 40" Flatten O Matic

Unit is MDL: 22492. 460V 3PH motor with new AC Inverter drive. Multi-roller (12 rollers) patented design features rollers with increasingly narrow spacing of ridges which gradually increases the pressure on the meat as the meat progresses thru the roller bed.
